Logo Design Inspiration
The hippocampus is a celebrated symbol of Poseidon, god of the sea. Conjuring epic images of Poseidon barreling across the surface of the sea, this mythical sea-creature represents power, speed, and adventure.
Led by the powerful force of his hippocampi, Poseidon dominates the sea. With the power and will to crash over waves and skirt the roughest waters, this formidable creature arouses a sense of freedom and wild abandon.
It’s no surprise that the term ‘hippocampus’ also refers to the brain center responsible for memory and emotion.
